Maintenance I (6a-2p)
Description
SUMMARY: Responsible for performing basic maintenance applications and assisting janitorial department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform basic maintenance applications;
- Perform basic mechanical applications;
- Perform basic plumbing applications;
- Experience in floor maintenance including VCT floors and other janitorial duties;
- Other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must fill in for other maintenance staff as needed.
- Must be able to work flexible, rotating schedule.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A

- Ability to work both independently and with groups in a productive and consistent manner;

- Ability to utilize tools required for basic maintenance procedures;
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds;
- Ability to work at elevated heights;
- Good work ethic;
- Reliability and flexibility;
- Good communication skills;
- Must obtain Equipment Certification through company training.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: At least a High school diploma or equivalent and related experience.
